In Vedan International (Holdings) Limited’s recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 21, 2024, all proposed resolutions were passed by poll, with the exception of the final dividend declaration which is postponed to an adjourned meeting. The resolutions included re-elections of directors, authorization of director remuneration, re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor, and mandates for share repurchasing and issuance.
