VECTOR INC. has announced plans to acquire the remaining shares of NewsTV Inc., turning it into a wholly owned subsidiary, followed by an absorption-type merger with an effective date of December 1, 2024. As part of the merger, VECTOR will forgive debts owed by NewsTV, streamlining management and enhancing their core PR business capabilities. The acquisition and merger are set to enhance VECTOR’s end-to-end solutions from awareness to purchase.
