Vecima Networks announced the results of its annual general meeting, where all proposed resolutions were approved, including the election of six directors. The company welcomed David Rowat as a new independent director, bringing extensive expertise in the technology sector, while two directors, Danial Faizullabhoy and Rick Brace, departed the board.
