VIEIRA DE MATOS – VDM CAPITAL, S.A. has entered into an Equity Swap contract involving up to 10 million Altri SGPS, S.A. shares, which is 4.87% of Altri’s share capital. The deal, purely financial in nature with no physical exchange of shares, has a one-year maturity. VDM – VIEIRA DE MATOS, directed by Altri board member Domingos José Vieira de Matos, holds a 12.35% stake in Altri.
