VCREDIT Holdings Announces Key Management Changes

VCREDIT Holdings Limited (HK:2003) has released an update.

VCREDIT Holdings Limited has announced that Ms. Lau Wing Yee will resign from her roles as company secretary and authorized representative effective from October 1, 2024. She leaves without any disputes with the Board, and the Board has appointed Ms. Chan Wing Man, the company’s current legal counsel, to assume both positions from the same date. The Board has expressed gratitude to Ms. Lau for her service and welcomed Ms. Chan to her new role.
