VCPlus Limited has announced a significant shift in ownership as Mr. Lim Beng Chew, a controlling shareholder, sold 20.657% of the company shares to Ms. Tang Zhengming, the current Executive Director. This sale makes Ms. Tang the new controlling shareholder while Mr. Lim’s shareholding decreases to just over 4%. The transaction, which was conducted off-market for personal reasons, underscores Ms. Tang’s commitment to the company and her intention to introduce strategic initiatives.
