VCPlus Limited has announced significant changes to its board, with Ms. Tang Zhengming stepping up as the new Executive Chairperson and CEO, alongside the appointment of Mr. Ong Choon Yi as Lead Independent Director and the introduction of Mr. Lam Kwong Fai and Professor Wu Wei as new Independent Directors.
