Vault Minerals Limited ( (AU:VAU) ) has provided an update.
Vault Minerals has reported a strong first-half FY26 performance, with group gold production of 168,607 ounces and sales of 169,274 ounces generating revenue of $817.3 million, up 20% on the prior period. Despite a statutory net loss after tax of $35.2 million driven by the accounting impact of closing H2 FY26 gold hedges, underlying profit before tax surged 93% to $211.7 million and EBITDA rose 44% to $384.5 million.
The company declared an unfranked maiden dividend of 7 cents per share and continued share buy-backs, underpinned by cash and bullion of $537.3 million and no debt, positioning it as one of the higher-yielding names in the gold sector. Internally funded investments, including a two-stage upgrade of the KoTH processing plant, mine development and waste stripping, are on schedule and are expected to lift processing capacity and Leonora output, while early hedge settlement leaves Vault largely unhedged and more exposed to the prevailing high gold price as it targets FY26 production of 332,000–360,000 ounces.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:VAU) stock is a Buy with a A$7.70 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Vault Minerals Limited stock, see the AU:VAU Stock Forecast page.
