Vast Resources PLC, an AIM-listed mining company, has announced a £600,000 fundraising initiative through the placement of 600 million shares to support its Baita Plai reorganization plan and cover operational expenses. The offering includes a warrant for placees to subscribe for additional shares at a future date. The newly raised funds are aimed at reducing production costs and providing working capital to bridge the gap until the first tranche of structural refinancing is received.
