Various Eateries PLC has reported a significant share purchase by Xercise2 Limited, owned by Non-Executive Director Hugh Osmond, acquiring 2 million shares at 15 pence each, raising their total holding to 22.53% of the company. This transaction increases Osmond’s and his Concert Party’s combined interest in Various Eateries to 63.2% of the Enlarged Share Capital.
