Vanquis Banking Group PLC successfully passed all resolutions during its Annual General Meeting, with a high approval rate from shareholders. Significant motions included the final dividend approval, director elections and re-elections, and the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as the auditor. A substantial majority of the voting capital, 77.95%, was represented in the decisions reflecting strong shareholder engagement.
