Vanov Holdings Company Limited has announced the unanimous approval of all resolutions, including the adoption of audited financial statements, director re-elections, and the declaration of a final dividend of 4 HK cents per share. The annual general meeting, held on June 21, 2024, also re-appointed Grant Thornton as the auditor and granted the Directors a mandate to manage shares up to 20% of the total issued shares.
