At the annual general meeting held on June 14, 2024, Vanke Overseas Investment Holding Company Limited reported unanimous shareholder approval for all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of audited financial statements, director re-elections, and a final dividend declaration. Notably, a special resolution passed to approve the Proposed Amendments and new Memorandum and Articles of Association, with nearly 100% of votes in favor.
