G.U.D. Holdings (AU:AOV) has released an update.
Vanguard Group has increased its stake in Amotiv Limited, with its voting power rising from 5.01% to 6.019% as per the latest notice. The group, managing various mutual funds and accounts, now holds 8,480,633 votes after a series of changes in share disposals detailed in an Annexure. No new associates have been reported in relation to the substantial holder’s voting interests in the company.
