VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. has announced a new non-brokered private placement financing aimed at raising $1.3 million to support its vanadium electrolyte production and property development. The financing includes the sale of both non-flow-through units and flow-through shares, with potential participation from company insiders. Funds raised will be allocated to working capital, the production and sale of vanadium electrolyte, and the maintenance and advancement of the company’s resource properties.
