Vanadium Resources Ltd. has announced the issuance of over 12 million unquoted equity securities under its employee incentive scheme, not intended for ASX quotation. The new securities, with codes yet to be confirmed, will be issued on April 10, 2024, as part of the company’s ongoing employee incentive plans.
