Valuetronics Holdings Limited has announced changes in its corporate secretarial team, with the resignation of joint company secretaries Ms Hazel Chia Luang Chew and Ms Shirley Lim Keng San, and the appointment of Cheng Lisa and Yoo Loo Ping to these roles, effective from 19 August 2024. The company board expressed gratitude to the outgoing secretaries for their contributions.
