Valuetronics Holdings Limited has announced a reshuffling of its Board of Directors, with Mr Loo Cheng Guan retiring as an Independent Director and Ms Liu Yuen Weai Sandy stepping in as a new Independent Director. Ms Liu will also serve as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of both the Audit and Nominating Committees. The changes, effective from 22 July 2024, are part of the company’s board rejuvenation initiative.
