Values Cultural Investment Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Au Yeung Ming Yin Gordon as the alternate director for the company’s chairman, Mr. Liu Naiyue, effective from May 24, 2024. Mr. Au Yeung, with over two decades of experience in accounting and auditing, will represent Mr. Liu at the annual general meeting scheduled for May 30, 2024. He holds various financial positions across different companies and is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
