Valuence Holdings Inc. has announced the selection of director candidates to be presented at the upcoming Thirteenth Regular General Meeting of Shareholders on November 22, 2024. The board will see reappointments of existing directors and the introduction of Mitsutoshi Tomita, currently an executive officer at Valuence Japan Inc., as a new director. Yoshihiko Takubo is set to retire as an outside director and will become an advisor to the company.
