Value Convergence Holdings Limited has announced a significant shift in its executive team, with Mr. Lai Yick Fung stepping down as company secretary, chief financial officer, and authorised representative to pursue other career opportunities. He is succeeded by Ms. Lai Choi Ling, who brings over 19 years of experience in finance and accounting to her new roles as of 5 July 2024. The company has expressed its appreciation for Mr. Lai’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Lai to her new positions.
