Valterra Platinum Limited ( (AGPPF) ) has shared an announcement.

Valterra Platinum has announced that non-executive director Lwazi Bam will step down from the board and its committees on 8 May 2026 to assume an executive role outside the company, prompting the board to acknowledge his contribution during his tenure. As a result of his impending departure, resolutions relating to his re-election to the Audit and Risk, and Social, Ethics and Governance Committees have been withdrawn from the upcoming annual general meeting, while all other resolutions will proceed as planned, ensuring continued compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
