ValOre Metals Seeks $3.5M for Brazilian Project

ValOre Metals Corp (TSE:VO) has released an update.

ValOre Metals Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise CAD $3.5 million by issuing units at CDN$0.075 each, which include a common share and a purchase warrant with an acceleration clause. The funds will support exploration of the company’s Pedra Branca Platinum Group Elements Project in Brazil and general corporate needs. The offering is subject to regulatory approvals and will have a four-month hold period as per Canadian securities laws.
