Effective May 10, 2024, Aaron M. Schapper will step down as Group President, Agriculture and Chief Strategy Officer of Valmont Industries to seek new opportunities. He will stay on as an advisor until December 28, 2024, to aid the transition. The search for his successor is underway, while the current Presidents of North American and International Agriculture will maintain their positions.
