Valmont Industries has appointed Thomas Liguori as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 30 years of financial expertise to the role. With a history of CFO positions at major companies, including his most recent tenure at Fortna LLC and Avnet, Inc., Liguori’s seasoned background is expected to bolster Valmont’s financial leadership. Timothy P. Francis will continue as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer after filling the interim CFO role.
