Vallianz Settles Convertible Bonds Amid Restructuring

Vallianz Holdings Limited has achieved a significant milestone by settling its Series A Convertible Bonds, valued at $47.4 million, with DBS Bank Ltd. This move, which is part of the company’s ongoing debt restructuring efforts initiated in August 2021, marks the completion of a critical financial arrangement without any exercise of options by its controlling shareholder, Rawabi Holding Company Limited.
