Vallianz Holdings Limited has made a partial payment of US$14.8 million towards settling Series A Convertible Bonds, despite passing the initial deadline. The company is actively negotiating with DBS to finalize a replacement settlement agreement for the remaining balance. Shareholders will be updated on the financial impact and further developments of the settlement process.
