Vallianz Holdings Limited is currently negotiating a restated settlement agreement with DBS for the Series A Convertible Bonds that were due in 2029 and had an outstanding principal amount of $47,441,515. The company has surpassed the original Long Stop Date from the Settlement Deed and is working on finalizing the terms, including the Final Settlement Amount.
