Vallianz Holdings Limited (SG:WPC) has released an update.

Vallianz Holdings Limited successfully convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 29, 2024, with the necessary quorum present and Chairman Osman Ibrahim presiding. The AGM featured electronic poll voting for resolutions, managed by appointed polling and scrutineering agents. Prior to the meeting, the company had addressed questions from the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) with responses made public on the SGX-ST.
