Vallianz Holdings Limited has announced the successful completion of the settlement for its 4.0 percent senior perpetual securities, with the payment of $18.4 million to the financier, resulting in the release of all related securities and discharge of liabilities. The settlement fully resolves the company’s obligations under the perpetual securities, and the initial subscriber, Swiber Holdings Limited (In Liquidation), no longer holds any rights or claims to these securities.
