Vallianz Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of its Finance Director, Mr. Lean Soon Huei, effective April 18, 2024, and the subsequent appointment of Ms. Ng Kah Poh, Joanna, as the new Finance Director starting April 19, 2024. The company assures stakeholders that Mr. Lean’s departure is not related to financial reporting issues or disagreements.
