Vallianz Holdings Limited has formed a strategic joint venture with Thailand’s Penn Marine Service Co., Ltd. to strengthen its position in the offshore energy market in Thailand. This partnership aims to combine both companies’ expertise to expand their market share and provide competitive offshore marine solutions. The collaboration is marked by Vallianz’s acquisition of a 49% stake in Marineast Vallianz Offshore Company Limited for approximately US$74,000.
