Bank Leumi, an investor in Valley National Bancorp, is set to replace its board of directors’ designee, Dafna Landau. Landau has resigned following her departure from Bank Leumi, with the change anticipated to take place in the fourth quarter of 2024. Importantly, her resignation is not the result of any disputes with Valley National Bancorp’s management or operations.
