CoinShares Co. is undergoing a significant leadership change as Jared Demark resigns from his role as CEO, with his departure now scheduled for August 30, 2024, earlier than previously announced. Stepping into the vacancy, Jean-Marie Mognetti, the seasoned CEO and co-founder of parent company CoinShares International Limited, will take over. Mognetti brings a wealth of experience in quantitative analysis and risk management from his background in mathematical trading and finance, along with a proven track record in managing trading programs, particularly in cryptocurrencies.
