V2Y Corporation Ltd. has announced a significant reshuffle of its board and committees, effective from 30 September 2024, following the appointment of Mr Yip Mun Foong as the new Non-Executive and Independent Chairman and the departure of Mr Seet Kah Wai. The restructuring includes updates to the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nominating Committee, with Mr Yip Mun Foong and Ms Boey Souk-Tann taking on key leadership roles across these committees.
