The latest update is out from V-Technology Co ( (JP:7717) ).
V-Technology has revised down its consolidated forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026, cutting expected net sales from ¥56.0 billion to ¥52.9 billion and trimming operating profit guidance from ¥4.5 billion to ¥3.5 billion. The downgrade reflects delayed installation in its Semiconductor and Photomask business and the deferral of some color filter exposure equipment shipments for the Chinese flat panel display market to the year ending March 2027.
The company also lowered its midterm plan targets for the year ending March 2027, reducing projected net sales from ¥66.0 billion to ¥60.0 billion and operating profit from ¥7.4 billion to ¥5.5 billion. Weaker-than-planned photomask sales, later installation timing in advanced packaging into the year ending March 2028, and cost increases linked to supply chain disruptions stemming from the situation in Iran are key factors, although V-Technology is maintaining its longer-term 2029 targets of ¥100.0 billion in sales and ¥20.0 billion in operating profit.
The most recent analyst rating on (JP:7717) stock is a Buy with a Yen5500.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on V-Technology Co stock, see the JP:7717 Stock Forecast page.
