International Group Limited has announced a change to its financial year-end date from July 31 to December 31 to align with its newly acquired subsidiary, VS Industry Vietnam Joint Stock Company. The Board believes this change will enhance the efficiency of preparing consolidated financial statements and does not anticipate any material adverse impacts from the alteration. The next audited financial statements will cover a 17-month period, ending December 31, 2024.
