Uvre Ltd Director Acquires 750K Shares

Uvre Ltd. (AU:UVA) has released an update.

Uvre Limited’s Director Brett Mitchell has significantly increased his holdings in the company, acquiring 750,000 shares at $0.10 each, as notified in the latest director’s interest notice. This change, effective as of 28 June 2024, was part of Tranche 2 of the Placement approved by shareholders at the General Meeting on 19 June 2024. Following the acquisition, Mitchell’s total interest includes 925,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 1,000,000 unlisted options.
