Uvre Ltd. (AU:UVA) has released an update.
Uvre Limited has successfully raised $942,500 through the issuance of 9,425,000 new shares at $0.10 each, and has also converted 1,400,000 Class A Performance Rights into shares, which will be restricted until June 7, 2024. This financial move coincides with the appointment of Mr. Brett Mitchell as the Non-Executive Chairman of the company, as Uvre continues to focus on critical mineral exploration for low carbon energy.
