UVRE Limited has announced the issuance of 2.5 million new ordinary fully paid securities and 5 million performance rights, both to be officially issued on June 28, 2024. These unquoted securities are part of a transaction previously communicated to the market and will not be available for trading on the ASX. The performance rights are subject to achieving certain milestones and will expire on June 28, 2027.
