Charles Nesbitt, a director of Uvre Limited, has officially ceased to be a director as of June 28, 2024, according to the company’s Final Director’s Interest Notice. The notice also revealed that he holds 91,667 fully paid ordinary shares through CN Resources Pty Ltd associated with the Nesbitt Family Trust, of which he is a director, shareholder, and beneficiary. No other relevant interests in securities or contracts were listed.
