USHIO INC. has announced the receipt of a significant dividend amounting to 5,002 million yen from its consolidated subsidiary, ADTEC Engineering Co., Ltd., to be recorded as non-operating income in their individual financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2025. However, this will not affect the consolidated results for the same fiscal period.
