Ushio Inc. has completed the acquisition of all shares in OSRAM ENI GmbH, a newly established subsidiary of OSRAM GmbH in Berlin, along with assets related to the industrial and entertainment lamps business previously operated by the unit. The acquired company, which designs, manufactures, and sells lamps for industrial and entertainment uses, will be renamed USHIO INE GmbH as it becomes a wholly owned subsidiary, with Ushio paying approximately 94.6 million euros including advisory and related expenses.

Ushio is still assessing the impact on its consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 2026 and has indicated it will disclose any material financial effects once they are determined, signaling potential strategic and earnings implications for stakeholders as the business is absorbed.
