USCOM Limited has announced a new issuance of 1,132,503 ordinary fully paid securities under the ASX security code UCM, set for quotation on September 4, 2024. The securities are part of the company’s strategy to compensate international staff, aligning with the requirements stipulated in Appendix 2A of the ASX Listing Rules.
