Eric D. Long, the co-founder and CEO of USA Compression Partners, is set to retire at the end of 2024, passing the leadership torch to Micah Clint Green, a seasoned executive from Energy Transfer. Long’s departure follows over four decades in the industry and marks a transition period during which he will assist Green to ensure a smooth handover. Green, with over 25 years of experience and a previous role as Senior Vice President at Energy Transfer, is poised to steer USA Compression into its next growth phase.
