Usa Compression (USAC) has provided an update.
Energy Transfer LP has expanded the board of its general partner, USA Compression GP, LLC, to nine members, welcoming Clifford A. Harris as a new director effective February 26, 2024. Harris, an independent director with no prior arrangements for his appointment, will be compensated according to the policy outlined in the partnership’s recent SEC filing and will receive an award of 2,500 phantom units. His addition to the board comes with no undisclosed relationships that might affect his role.
