US Solar Fund PLC reported successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 AGM, including the re-election of its directors and approval of its dividend policy. Despite some opposition, the company acknowledged a significant minority vote against the re-election of one director and its continuation as an investment trust. The Board will maintain engagement with shareholders, building on constructive discussions surrounding the approved Tender Offer and company strategies.
