US Lighting Group ( (USLG) ) has provided an announcement.
Joseph Matozzo and Michael A. Coates have mutually agreed with US Lighting Group, Inc.’s board to resign from their roles as CEO and CFO, respectively. Coates, who was pivotal in the company’s expansion into new markets such as RVs and high-performance powerboats, and Matozzo, serving as interim CEO since September 2024, are set to explore new opportunities. USLG is actively seeking replacements and continues to focus on its latest venture, the Cortes Campers travel trailer, which has already sparked considerable interest.
