US Copper Corp has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise $200,000 by offering over 6.6 million units at $0.03 each, with added warrants for purchasing additional shares. The proceeds are earmarked for the company’s general working capital needs, pending regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange approvals.
