URZ3 Energy Corp. has announced an upsized private placement from C$660,000 to C$880,000 due to high demand, offering up to 8 million units at C$0.11 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised will be allocated for general working capital, with the offering subject to regulatory approvals and standard hold periods.
